1. Information We Collect

We collect: (a) Account data: email address, and if you sign up with Google, your Google profile information (e.g. name, profile picture) provided by Google; (b) Payment-related data: processed by Lemon Squeezy (payment provider)—we do not store full payment card details; (c) Usage data: conversion history, file metadata, and IP address for abuse prevention; (d) Error reports: if you encounter errors, we may send anonymized data to Sentry for debugging.

2. Purpose of Collection

We use this information to: provide and operate the service; manage your account and subscriptions; process payments via Lemon Squeezy; prevent abuse and enforce our terms; improve the service and fix errors; and, where applicable, send you service-related or marketing communications if you have opted in.

3. Retention

We retain account and conversion data while your account is active and as needed for legal or operational purposes. After account deletion, we delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it for law or dispute resolution.

4. Third-Party Sharing

We use: Supabase (hosting and database) for authentication and storing your account and conversion data; Lemon Squeezy for payment processing—their privacy policy applies to payment data; Sentry for error monitoring. These providers may process data in accordance with their own policies. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

5. Your Rights

You may access, correct, or delete your account and associated data through the account settings. You can request a copy of your data or account deletion. For payment or subscription issues, you can also use the Lemon Squeezy customer portal or contact their support.
