EPUB Converter (epubmaker.vercel.app) is a service that converts documents (e.g. DOCX, TXT) to EPUB format. It is operated by an individual developer. By signing up (via email or Google OAuth) and using the service, you agree to these Terms. The service is provided "as is" and you use it at your own responsibility.
2. Prohibited Conduct
You may not: (a) use the service for any illegal purpose or to violate any laws; (b) upload content that infringes others' intellectual property or that you do not have rights to; (c) attempt to reverse engineer, overload, or disrupt the service or its infrastructure; (d) resell or redistribute the service without permission; (e) use automated means to abuse the service beyond normal use.
3. Changes and Discontinuation
We may change, limit, or discontinue the service or these Terms at any time. We will try to give notice of material changes where feasible (e.g. on the site or by email). Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.
4. Disclaimer
The service is provided without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or from conversion results. You are responsible for backing up your data and for how you use converted files.
