Refund Policy
1. Subscription (Starter / Pro) Refunds
Subscriptions are billed through Lemon Squeezy. You may cancel your subscription at any time from the subscription management (billing portal) or your Lemon Squeezy account. Refunds for subscription payments are handled according to Lemon Squeezy's policy: typically, you may request a refund within a short period after charge (e.g. as stated on the checkout or in Lemon Squeezy's terms). Beyond that, we do not guarantee refunds for partial months or unused periods.
2. Pay-per-Use Refunds
For one-time pay-per-use (e.g. per-conversion) purchases, refunds may be considered if the conversion clearly failed due to a service error (e.g. server-side failure, incorrect output). Refunds are not provided for user error (e.g. wrong file, wrong settings). Request a refund by contacting us with your order or conversion details.
3. Process and Timing
Refund requests should be sent via the contact method on epubmaker.vercel.app. We will respond within a reasonable time (e.g. within 14 business days). Approved refunds will be processed via Lemon Squeezy; the time to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.
